Bimetallic bearing

Bimetallic bearing is one of bearing with free lubrication system the product is made of bimetallic strip which is high quality low carbon steel back as substrate, the bronze alloy on the surface, after several high temperature sintering and density rolled into copper and steel bimetallic strip to be a ring coiling, suitable for medium and high impact load under bush and thrust washer and so on many kinds of usages.

Because the matrix is low carbon steel, the machining accuracy of the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is guaranteed, and there is no need for screw fixation after the product is loaded into the seat hole, so the interference fit can prevent the deformation of the outer circle.

The change of the chemical composition of the alloy layer on the inner circle surface can meet the requirements of different bearing pressure, different service temperature and different sliding speed of the friction surface. The oil groove and hole with different structure designed in the production of friction surface can meet the requirements of different refueling methods and prevent the phenomenon of biting shaft.

The product has the advantages of high binding strength, large bearing capacity and good wear resistance. It is especially suitable for medium and high speed loading and low speed loading. Various oil slots, oil holes and oil holes can be machined on the friction surface by special technological means, so as to adapt to the use under different lubrication conditions. The products have been widely used in automobile engine, chassis, motorcycle clutch, gear pump wipe plate and lifting equipment and other fields.
