Identification of non-standard bearing code

For the imported bearings that do not meet the external dimensions of the inner diameter or the outer diameter wide (height) specified by the relevant international standards are called non-standard bearings. The code of non-standard bearing is composed of basic code, pre-code and post code. The basic code is composed of two parts: the type code and the size indicating the basic size of the bearing.

1. Size series code

There are two ways to express the size series code.

1). outer diameter or width dimensions of non-standard bearing are usually identified by the diameter series or width series closest to the standard, and the letters X1, X2, X3 are added after the basic code.

2). inner diameter, outer diameter, and width of Non-standard bearing can't be compared with the standard size series, so it is expressed as indefinite series.

2. Inner diameter code

The inner diameter size code is expressed as follows; below 500MM, use an integer divisible by 5, and use the quotient divided by 5 to express its code. Other dimensions are directly expressed in millimeters of the actual inner diameter, but should be in the same size series code Use "/" to separate.

In addition, the non-standard bearing can also be expressed by the characteristic size of the fitting installation. The size of the bearing is expressed as: "/inner diameter*outer diameter*width" in mm of the actual size.
