Radial joint bearings

Radial joint bearings are a kind of joint bearings，mainly bearing radial force.

There are several types of radial joint bearings:

(1) Type of GE...E

Single slit outer ring without lubricating groove. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.

(2)Type of GE...ES

Single slit outer ring with lubricating oil groove. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.

(3) Type of GE...ES - 2 RS

Single slit outer ring with lubricating oil groove and sealing ring on both sides. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.

(4)Type of GEEW...ES - 2 RS

Single slit outer ring with lubricating oil groove and sealing ring on both sides. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.

(5) Type of GE...ESN

Single slit outer ring, lubricated oil groove, outer ring has a stop groove. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction. But when the axial load is supported by the stop ring, its ability to bear the axial load is reduced.

(6)Type of GE...XSN

Double slit outer ring (split outer ring), lubrication oil groove, the outer ring has a stop groove. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction. But when the axial load is borne by the stop ring, its ability to bear the axial load is reduced.

(7)Type of GE... HS

It has a lubrication oil groove in inner ring, double half outer ring; clearance can be adjusted after wear. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.

(8) Type of GE...DE1

The inner ring is hardened bearing steel, and the outer ring is bearing steel. The bearing has lubricating oil groove and oil hole, during mounting, the inner ring is pressed forming, when the bore diameter is less than 15mm, without lubricated oil groove and oil hole, it can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.

(9)Type of GE...DEM1

The inner ring is hardened bearing steel, and the outer ring is bearing steel. When assembling the inner ring, the bearing is formed by extrusion. After loading the bearing into the bearing seat, the bearing is fixed axially by pressing out of the end groove on the outer ring. It can bear radial load and smaller axial load in any direction.

(10) Type of GE...The DS

The outer ring has assembly groove and lubrication groove. Only limited in large sized bearings, they can bear radial load and smaller axial load in either direction (one side of assembly groove cannot bear axial load).
