Because of its smooth transmission, the hydraulic system of CNC machine tools is easy to realize frequent and stable reversing, and can obtain large transmission force and torque, so it can realize stepless speed change in a wide range. In the spindle of the CNC machine tool, the tool will be automatically clamped and released, the spindle speed change, the manipulator are widely used in the tool change, exchange table, table indexing and other mechanisms.

Attention should be paid to the installation and commissioning of hydraulic system:

1. Before installing hydraulic components, all components should be cleaned first.

2. Pay special attention to cleanliness in the whole installation process of hydraulic components to prevent different dirt from entering the hydraulic system and causing hydraulic system failure.

3. Do not connect the wrong oil pump inlet and outlet pipes, and install the seals of pumps, cylinders, valves and other components correctly.

4. After the pipes of the hydraulic system are connected, the pipes must be fixed in place, and no dead bends in the pipes are allowed.

5. Before refueling, the entire system must be cleaned, and the hydraulic oil must be filtered before it can be added to the tank. Note that the new and old oils cannot be mixed, because the old oil contains a lot of solid particles, moisture, colloids and other impurities.

6. During the debugging process, should observe whether the pumps, cylinders, valves and other components in the system are working properly, whether there is leakage, and whether the oil pressure, oil temperature, and oil level are within the allowable value range.
