Inlaid Bearing

Material

The base metals used for inlaid bearings are cast iron, stainless steel, tin bronze, brass, lead antimony alloy, etc. The mosaics of inlaid bearings are mostly composed of solid lubricants, mainly graphite, PTFE and MoS2.The Mosaic with the same linear expansion coefficient as the base material can be made by using different formulas to adapt to high temperature conditions, and can also be made to withstand low speed and heavy load, water resistance, chemical solvent resistance, etc.
