Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearings are bearing the most common type of bearing that is mainly used for pure radial loads, but also can stand radial load while small axial load. Deep groove ball bearing friction coefficient is small, but limiting speed is high. Deep groove ball bearing structure is simple, and manufacturing costs is low, widely used in transmission, instrumentation, motors, household electrical, internal combustion engines, transportation vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery and engineering machinery.

The basic type of deep groove ball bearing consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of steel balls and a cage. Its simple structure, easy to use, is the most common production, the most widely used type of bearings.  

Deep groove ball bearings are non-separable bearings, which are simple in structure and widely used. In addition to the basic type, there are various types of deep groove ball bearing, such as: deep groove ball bearing with dust cover, deep groove ball bearing with rubber seal ring, deep groove ball bearing with stop groove, full deep groove ball bearing with large load capacity with ball notch. Deep groove ball bearings mainly bear radial load, but also can bear radial load and axial load.  It is especially adaptable to high speed working conditions. When it only bears radial load, the contact Angle is zero. When the deep groove ball bearing has a large radial clearance, it has the performance of angular contact bearing and can bear a large axial load. The friction coefficient of deep groove ball bearing is very small and the limit speed is very high, but it is not suitable to bear heavy load. When a larger radial clearance is selected, the axial bearing capacity is increased and the contact Angle is zero when bearing pure radial force. When axial force is applied, the contact Angle is greater than zero.
