Bearing lubricant
Bearing lubricants must have good wear resistance, cooling properties, rust resistance and ant-oxidation, etc. The safety properties require that the freezing point should not be greater than -15°C.
These lubricating oils are divided into two categories: types of anti-oxidant and anti-rust and types of anti-oxidation, anti-rust and wear-resistant. They are generally suitable for sliding or rolling bearing lubrication. The lubricating oil is made from crude oil distillation, solvent refining, solvent dewaxing and white clay supplement refining, it prepared by adding anti-oxidant, anti-rust and anti-wear additives. Spindle bearings for precision machine tool and other high-speed running bearings are lubricated by pressurized oil bath and oil mist.
