Slewing bearing

Slewing bearing is a kind of large bearing which can bear the comprehensive load and can bear the larger axial load, radial load and overturning moment at the same time. The slewing bearing is generally equipped with mounting holes, internal gears or external gears, lubricating oil holes and sealing devices, which can make the design of the host compact, easy to guide and maintain.

Slewing bearing is also called rotary bearing, some people also called it: rotary support ring, cyclotron support ring. Slewing bearing also called Slewing ring bearing or Turntable bearing.

Slewing ring bearings contain four-point contact ball bearing without tooth, or with external tooth and internal tooth, double row angular contact ball bearing, crossed cylindrical roller  bearing, crossed tapered roller bearing and three row cylindrical roller composite bearings, etc. four series of products , including four-point contact ball bearing which possess high static load capacity, crossed cylindrical roller for high load capacity, and preloaded tapered roller bearing that has high dynamic load capacity , the crossed  tapered bearing has great support stiffness and fine rotation accuracy, The bearing capacity of the three-row cylindrical roller combined bearing is improved the load because of loading on different raceway, so that the bearing’s diameter can be greatly reduced under the same stress, and make the main machine more compact.

Slewing bearing is widely used in lifting, mining, construction machinery, port ship machinery, and tools as well as high-precision radar machinery and missile launcher and other equipment on the large rotary devices.

Slewing Rotary bearing is very extensive in the real industrial application, and known as: "machine joints", its main applications are widely used in: crane, rail crane, port cranes, deck cranes, metallurgical cranes, container cranes, excavators, filling machine, and CT machine standing wave therapy apparatus, navigation, radar antenna tower, missile launcher, tanks and robots, and revolving restaurant, etc.

Three row combination roller slewing bearing

Three row roller slewing bearings are arranged with three housings and radial raceway separated from top to bottom, so that can make each row roller loading can be exactly determined, meanwhile ,able to withstand various loads, that is to say ,it is one of the maximum bearing capacity of four kinds of slewing bearing products ,they have strong firm structure because of larger axial and radial size , especially suitable for the requirements of heavy machinery with large diameter, such as bucket wheel excavators, wheeled cranes, marine cranes, ladle slewing, and large tonnage truck crane machinery, etc. 

Double row angular contact ball slewing bearing

There are three housings in the double row slewing bearing. The steel ball and isolation block can be directly included in the upper and lower raceway. The upper and lower steel balls with different diameters are arranged. according to the stress condition,

This kind of open assembly is very convenient for installation. The bearing angle of the upper and lower arc raceway is 90° and it can withstand great axial force and tilting moment. Raceway shall be specially designed when the radial force is 0.1 times greater than the axial force. Because the axial and radial dimensions are relatively larger, the structure of double row slewing support is stronger, especially suitable for the requirement of medium diameter tower cranes, truck cranes and other loading and unloading machinery.

Single row cross roller slewing bearing

Single row cross roller slewing support is composed of two housings, with compact structure, light weight, high manufacturing accuracy, small assembly clearance, and high requirements for installation accuracy, its rollers are 1:1 cross arrangement, can withstand axial force, greater radial force and tilting moment. They are widely used in lifting transportation, construction machinery and military products.

Single row four point contact ball slewing bearing

Single row four-point contact ball bearing slewing bearing is composed of two seat rings, with compact structure, light weight, steel ball and arc raceway four point contact, able to bear axial force, radial force and tilting moment at the same time., so it can be used in rotary conveyors, welding operators, small and medium-sized cranes and excavators and other construction machinery.
